Deciding on a home is both exciting and daunting! Here are a few ideas (do's and Dont's) I will share with you.

1. Decide on"location" (school system, access to friends, job, church, city or country, north, south, east or west?)

2. Create a list of NEED to have features , (bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, one level living etc...) and a list of NICE to have features. (amenities etc...)

3. Determine budget (get pre qualified from a lender, (ask your agent)for Occupancy cost! mortgage principal and...
